Project examples
The students will work closely with a faculty supervisor to partner with a selected Brand representative from your organization and one of your partner's Procurement Managers to identify the struggles and opportunities with compliance and discuss business strategies on how to create a preferred partnership that will shift/grow their market share.
Students will complete this project by proposing a series of recommendations on how to provide compliance and strategies for partnerships.
Students will investigate what strategies your company has in place and provide recommendations on:
- What your company could implement to create a higher travel policy compliance with their business travellers?
- How do Brands help to support the compliance and grow their share whilst becoming the primary preferred partner?
Students can address any challenge or opportunity in the procurement/brand management space. Project examples include, but are by no means limited to, the following:
- Developing a brand new compliance plan for their company based on a series of analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze a current policy and developing a redesign of the compliance policy.
- An overview of what multiple brands do to deepen the compliance partnership with clients and provide recommendations for strengthening their current strategy.
