As the Project Lead for Design Jam, Centennial College's experiential learning program for new graduates, I manage the daily operations of the program - including making connections with employers, facilitating experiential learning opportunities for new graduates, and teaching essential employability skills to assist our newest alumni in making the transition to meaningful and credential related careers.

As the Community Outreach Coordinator for Women in Non-Traditional Careers I promoted access to post-secondary education to girls and women in fields of study where women are under-represented such as STEM and the skilled trades. In addition to working towards gender equity, I also focused on creating pathways to education for women who face barriers to access, such as socioeconomic status, lack of childcare, or involvement with the criminal justice system.
